I needed some custom work done to re-wire a couple circuits on a sub-panel that is hooked up to battery backup power, and an input for generator power to the same sub-panel. I also needed help with a problem with a lighting fixture not working correctly. Cuchnoc Electric was very responsive getting back to us and making sure they could come out when it works for us. They also referred us to another company for some additional work they felt was out of their lane (solar).
On the day of the work, Alex did a good job explaining what he was going to do and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. In the end, he took about 2 hours to complete the work on the subpanel, and he successfully diagnosed the lighting fixture needing to be replaced. Although notably, it will be up to me to replace it since I didn't have a new fixture on-hand.
I'm very happy with what gone done and satisfied to understand the problem with the light. The price seemed a little high for the amount of time and effort involved, but Alex did agree to come back later to help me make sure the generator hook-up works correctly at no additional charge which I appreciate.
